Led designing the next-generation patient-monitoring solution, featuring multiple-patient monitoring, alarm mechanism, full disclosure view, and more as well as playing an integral role in constructing the design system.

Mercedes-Benz Mobility
Lead UX/UI Designer & Design Thinking Coach

Directed design initiatives for multiple projects, emphasizing a user-centric methodology and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key achievements include:

• Global Point of Sale System: Collaborated with stakeholders to design and execute a consistent, high-quality UX for global implementation.

• Inspection Platform for Mercedes-Benz: Designed app & web interfaces for 35+ global leasing markets (B2C & B2B), doubling the retention rate and achieving strategic goals in less time.

Secured leadership backing for user-centric development, promoting a design-focused culture. Aided in establishing the Global Transformation team, and shaped unique team values.

Served as the design lead to enhance product usability, established a design system for component scalability, and partnered with CPO, PMs, researchers, and developers to align vision and ensure successful implementation.
