Entomo – Food Design
Insects are a healthy, tasty, and sustainable source of protein. This project is to overcome people’s preconceptions and create a world where edible insect foods are an enjoyable, everyday reality. I do this because I love great food, designing exciting new experiences, and well, the world we live in.
