myClosing @ a Glance – KPI Tool
The financial closing process is a highly manual and time-intensive effort. Due to innumerable accounts, time pressure and dependency on expert knowledge, implausibility and mistakes of data are only detected once data has been submitted to Headquarter. By using KPIs and statistical methods, the tool is designed to explain account movements and detect errors right from workday one of the closing processes.
My Role
In this project, I was mainly responsible for defining possible UX direction, co-creating with different business units. Furthermore, I created the visual design and the interactive prototype to support user testing.
