myPeople – Strategic Workforce Planning

Change is inevitable, and right now it’s happening faster than ever. From time to time, different skills are required in a team or a department. This tool helps managers to steer and forecast team future workforce and skills with different scopes. Team leaders can plan and organize them ahead of time and prepare for future possible changes.

My Role

In this project, I joined as a lead UX/UI designer and process coach. I worked with other designers to create a wireframe, visual design and conducted usability tests globally. Besides, as lead designer, I also led the project process to ensure it follows a Human-centered Design approach in every design activity.
