Navigation Service Design
In this project, I need to find out the core problem in our wayfinding system and then rebuild a new guide system which could provide a service for certain people.
This project is to develop a service design thinking, which can help designers find a holistic way to gain a comprehensive and empathic understanding of user needs. In this project, I mainly focused on creating a service experience using a combination of overview maps and mobile devices.
